This page has been designed be printed on a landscape A4 page. For best results in Internet Explorer, select File, Page setup, then remove the header and footer codes, (You may want to note these down so you can replace them later), set orientation to ‘Landscape’, and set all the margins to 5mm. Then press OK and select File, Print.
